Completed! I initially tried extracting the information with the Download Tool but was having issues (I think at least partially because one is an xls). I ended up downloading 2 of them just to be able to move on and stop fighting with it.

My Download tool is blocked by firewall, but I was able to trace the logic following in the footsteps of @patrick_digan.

Fun exercise that I kept getting interrupted on.  So it took longer than it should have.
