Pretty straight-forward this time (and I did a lot better than I did with the last warehouse problem faced)

Process:
- Join Store and Required data
- Sort results by Item then by Priority
- Join with warehouse Count in stock
- 1st Multi-Row tool groups by Item and decrements Count by amount required per store (but can't go below 0)
- 2nd Multi-Row tool groups by Item and calculates the Assigned amount which will equal Required, except
-- If Count has decreased to 0, then Assigned is equal to Count of the prior row
- Clean-up data
- Sort by Store then by Item (both ascending)
- Join Store and Required data
- Sort results by Item then by Priority
- Join with warehouse Count in stock
