Hi All,

Please find my Result below.

Checked all customers where in San Diego County (Didn't need to) , Did append fields to join all points to each customer, Then Used record ID to create a Key, then Created lines between customer and all points, Combined all water into one spatial object and did a Spatial match to check for intersect, I had to debug this as i ended up having to use Touch or Intersect to get it right. then check distance, sort and grab the first. Done.
