My first attempt at creating the macro was not successful but with a little help, here it is and I learned a lot.

I always forget the Interface Designer part of building iterative macros.

I don't think the solution makes any sense, but I get it was trying to showcase how powerful macros can be. My solution didn't use macros and it got way longer, in order to meet the output... I also provided a solution that I think makes more sense (as output, not as workflow), but maybe I'm too detached from HR problems to understand them.
