My solution that would have to be altered if the # of questions changed and could probably be altered into a macro to accommodate that.

I added an extra input with the column headers and then joined on record id(finally found a good use case for that option!!) Really digging the make columns tool within Laboratory! It has become a very useful tool!

Here's my solutions -- one with Regex replace, one without. I took a look at other people's solutions and I like the use of Record ID for transposing/cross-tabbing! Wish I had thought of that!
