Gave each row a record Id and then transposed before using a multi-row formula to identify position of each line item so when I used a crosstab to reorder the info it kept the proper organization/layout by the original file. Used a handful of regex and parse tools to pull out the Null, Y, or N responses and created the final layout of the Audio Visual Accommodations, Dietary Restrictions, First Time Attendee, Hotel Accommodations, and Transportations info per person.
