I added two calendar action tools towards the filter to choose the specific start and end dates and a Numeric up down for the days before to make this as dynamic as possible.

The one at a time processing solution is so slow compared to the original solution, I skipped the bonus question.  I really don't see the point of doing that other than to make a macro for the sake of making it.
