I ended up restarting this one, to simplify it. Took me a while as it was my first analytic app, but got there in the end!

It seemeed like leaving them with a workflow that generates 36,000 rows of data for 182 records was inefficient. So I went the app route, which could easily be changed to a macro if needed.  Attached.
