Here is my Solution using only 3 tools.

I'm so happy to make it.

My solution. I just started using 2020.4 and realized I had to change the input data's file format to "Microsoft Excel Legacy (.xlsx)" before it would read the file.

I solved with cross tab again - so many ways to do each one!
