another opportunity to Regex

I kept thinking this should use the tile or multi-field binning tool for buckets, but finally realized it was better done with regex functions and summary tools.

My Solution. Took me some time to get the logic right as Alteryx does not support Nested IFs (only Nested ELSEIFs but not Ifs within Then). But totally worth it.
