At first, I was trying to use the find and replace tool! But soon, found the append tool the most useful!

This was fun to solve!  Harder than initially expected.  I ended up building the workflow with a subset of the data because even accessing it took awhile on my poor little computer.

Had some trouble with this one, but @MichalM helped with the idea of giving each incident a record ID and parsing into rows. Definitely a useful skill to have!
