Solution for Challenge #109

My solution :)

This instruction was somewhat unclear: "Remove countries not reporting data from 1997-2017"

My original workflow searched for and removed countries that had nulls for ALL years from 1997 to 2017. I got a different set of countries when starting with that assumption. After peeking at the beginning of the solution I saw that removing countries that didn't have data for 1997 (whether or not 1998-2017 was all null or only had a few nulls) was basically the only change I needed to get my solution to match.
