Challenge #106: How Long were the Lights On?

I didn't think the Generate Rows tool would work with times, so I did a few more steps to convert times to the "Minute of the Day" with 12:00am as minute 0. Now that I see others' solutions and know I could have used times, I'd probably do that and save some steps next time, but I'm overall pleased with my solution!
