Its clear the macro hasn't been exported with the workflow.
Step 2:
download the macro, and implement into the workflow:

change parts of the configuration to match what is in the XML of the broken macro:

Delete broken macro, and replace connections:
Step 5:
Run and make sure it works fine:
Step 6:
saving the workflow.
Save the workflow to the desktop:
Export the workflow:
Ensuring the macro is selected:
All done!
The macro itself runs, so it's not the problem. Just saved the macro to my macro folder and load in to replace the missing one, save the workflow as a packaged workflow.
The value can be obtained from the configure window.
