Found this very interesting. 

Completed my 1st Challenge successfully.

I tried using Formula tool to reach the result.

Good take away from this, learnt to use Generate Rows tool.

A slightly different way to go around it, I generated a region column and joined on it instead of joining on the Postal Area Ranged field. Same result at the end :)
