Thanks for a nice challenge. I learnt two new tools today.

I did not know about the  Text to Columns tool. I used TONUMBER(LEFT([Range],4)),TONUMBER(Right([Range],4)) (int datatype) to create RangeStart, RangeEnd columns and then used the Generate Rows tool to create PostalCode column. I initated with RangeStart, condition was PostalCode <= RangeEnd, loop has a increment of 1 to PostalCode.

Good one, where both output are joined and then checked for Zero's in Left join and Right join was excellent
