Help with Alteryx Student License

I'm currently a grad student and have a new class that requires Alteryx.  I applied for a license but unfortunately and accidentally used an email address I don't have access to and doesn't exist.  After realizing my error, tried to apply again with the correct email address, but I receive an error saying that I've already applied with similar credentials and to use the access code given to my incorrect email.  Can anyone help me with this?

I'd recommend reaching out to Alteryx support ,with a case detailing everything. They should be able to help you out!
