Why I cannot log into marketplace and Alteryx one?

Hi all, I have Alteryx Designer license and Alteryx Intelligence Suite license, I also activated them on designer desktop. But I still cannot log into marketplace and Alteryx one. Can anybody help about this?

Can you log into MyAlteryx at the top of this page? That same login should hold across Marketplace, Community etc. I'm not sure about AlteryxOne. If you can log in there, but not somewhere else, then log a support request through MyAlteryx. Make sure you have tried all avenues to try log in (different browser, clear cookies etc, start from a new browser window and then go to login fresh etc), to avoid embarrassment at it just working when you get told to try again.

@toto1007 did you check what @KGT  suggested in terms of community in marketplace. Regarding Alteryx One you will have to check with your Alteryx
