Vaccine Data Suggestions - Help Needed

I'm looking for data sets at the Country or State(s) level (Untied States of America) for vaccine usage pre COVID-19. For example, how many Americans got the Varicella vaccine or the dTap vaccine each year, etc. While I can find plenty of COVID-19 related data sources, I cant find much pre 2020. Any help would be awesome on how to find this data.
