Setting Data Types Using a Schema File

I have two files. A schema file containing a field of field names and a field of data type. The other containing all the data. Record 1 of the schema file corresponds to field 1 of the data file. I used the Dynamic Rename tool to set the names of each field. Is there an intuitive way to change the type of these fields? My current solution is just interpreting the data myself and setting the type via the select tool.

I have included an example file of what I am talking about. (Real case would have way more data and therefore annoying to do via my current solution)

Trying to expand my horizons on what is possible with Alteryx any and all solutions / thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
