Passed Designer Core – No Badge or PDF Certificate Received

Hi everyone,

I recently passed the Alteryx Designer Core Certification and received the confirmation email saying I passed

However, I haven’t received the Credly badge email yet (it’s been more than 3 days), and I also can't find the PDF certificate in my Alteryx account

I’ve checked my spam/junk folder and tried logging into Credly with the same email I used for the exam — no badge shows up there either

Has anyone experienced this before? Is it normal, or should I reach out again to support?

Appreciate any help!

It may take more 3 days to get the badge.
Check the discussion and reach out to the certification team if you fell necessary.
