Not Getting Email Alerts

Hello Community,

Just wondering why I'm not getting email alerts when someone has answered one of my questions?

I thought I had successfully setup alerts in my profile, but I've obviously done something wrong.

Can someone let me know how to setup email notifications please?

Hello @carltonp - Have you tried subscribing to the feed?

Hi @carltonp 

As far as I know they are on by default. If you go to 'My Subscriptions' do you see your posts there? If so the notifications might be in your spam folder.

Does your organization use mimecast or anything similar? I recently had to approve alteryx as a sender so it didn't get caught up in that secondary filter. If you scroll-up in your screenshot, the checkbox to stop email notifications is unchecked, correct?

I'm not sure then, outside of the obvious in double checking what email your account is registered under I'd suggest reaching out to support.
