Is that even possible?
My problem is, that I apparently have two accounts.
This has happened, since our company have changed it's name, and therefore also our email addresses.
My community profiles is bound to the old email address, but I can’t change it in My Alteryx, since the new email address already exists.
The challenge is, that by the end of next month, they will deprecate our old email addresses, and in that case, I have no way to recover or reset my community profile if needed.

Please email community@alteryx.com to open a case. We cannot merge accounts, we can only transfer emails at this time.
The support was helpful, and my access under the new email, has been restored - hooray!
