Logic to determine backorder release

I'm working with two sets of data. The first set has the quantity of products on backorder. The second set is a list of dates when product is expected in. In the example attached, I need to create logic for the recovery date that is highlighted. We're on backorder for 300 and we anticipate receiving 100 a month between January and May. I want to return the 03/1/2024 date as that's when the backorder is expected to be fully recovered. It won't always be the exact number though. Any formula help is appreciated. Or if there's a better way to do it than a calculated field, I'm open to it.
