Location spelling

HI,

I have used the fuzzy match to group the similar location. However the original location is from the form completed by driver's. In the form the " location" is a free text so when they type in there my be incorrect spelling etc. Then if I wanted to make sure all the location has the same spelling then I can group together. 

Do I need to create a list showing the correct spelling to match ? Or how can I make a column to show all the incorrect names are updated to correct name. 

For e.g :

Port Waratah (HBT)

Port Warstah 

HBT (PT Waratah)

All of these should be name updated as " Port Waratah".

Another e.g:

Port Pirie

Port Pierre

Port Peri

All should be updated as " Adelaide Freight Terminal".

How do I achieve that ?
