License Key Could not be activated

Hi

 

I have registered under Alteryx Sparked

and i have received License Key 

 

when i have entered key in the Alteryx Designer it is showing

 

A License Key could not be activated. Contact your License Administrator for help with Licensing

 

can anyone help me with this
