Hello all,

I want to complete numbers less than 10 digits to 10 digits.There are 8-9-10-11 digits numbers in this column. If there is 11 digit number it is ok no need changing. But I just want them to be at least 10 digits. For example , if  there is 333333333 ( 9 digit), I want it like 0333333333 by adding "0" to the beginning.If it is 8 digit number, ı want to add 00 to the beginning. Can You help me?
