I checking in 2 different columns formula phone number and Name

Hi,

In 2 different columns Phone number checking only numeric else fail nulls values also

Name column checking Alphabetic only else fails null values also 

my requirement is 2 columns 4,5 and 6 rows needs to fail

I tried but result wrong.
