How to merge data from Summarize output

Hi I have date from Summarize tool which is maximum end date now this result i want to merge with original data without duplicating values how to do that?

So when i use joint tool i want max date picked from summarize tool and the date from original data to vanish. however when i try this my join tool is giving me 1,667 records which should be 1,626

Hi @Sanjana_HS 

I see in your screenshot, that you have duplicates in the Max dates fields, and that's why when you join with the original, it will create duplicates.

There are at least 3 approaches you can take:

It is difficult to determine what happened based on the two screenshots alone.

@martinding Here you go. If you see in joint out put ID 12172 is coming twice. One entry with Maximum date one with normal date.
What i am trying to achieve is for the ID 12172 i want entry of the latest date which is 2023-01-17 to 2024-01-30 to flow from Joint output tool. If there is any other way also please let me know

Hi @Sanjana_HS 

Please add the filter tool to get the desired result. It cannot be controlled in the Join tool.

[Start Date] >= [Max_Start Date] AND
[Start Date] <= [Max_End Date]

Only 1 entry for ID 12172, which is the latest date from 2023-01-17 to 2024-01-30.
