Help regarding receiving badges.

Hi all,

I have passed Alteryx Designer Core Micro-Credential all data certifications on 25-Jan-2024 but I didn't receive any acceptance mail from Credly even after  5 days of passing the exam.

I have even contacted certification@alteryx.con  a three days ago they haven't replied to me yet.

Please reply if you can help with this..

Also not impressed by the lack of response and before I forget congrats on passing your exam, hopefully the first of many yet to come

Have you tried creating a credley account and see if you can access it that way? using the same email that you used for your alteryx account?

My alteryx and credly accounts both are same.
