Generate a User report

Hello, Is there a way to generate a User report on Alteryx Gallery or Designer showing details like Name, Email, Role, Last access datetime.

Hi Fernando, thank you for sharing this, yes I saw this one but I'm looking specifically in terms of user access. Is there something that can help generate report with the fields I mentioned.

Hey @pratikghodekar ,

You have the users collection inside the AlteryxGallery database on the server mongoDB. Look here: https://help.alteryx.com/20221/server/alteryxgallery-mongodb-schema

You can use the MongoDB input tool and connect directly to the mongoDB, but keep in mind that this must be done from inside the server or by having the port 27018 open.
