Filter Tool: Select/Deselect All Check Box Missing

Hello,

The select and deselect all check box at the top of the table to select and deselect all visible fields in the Filter Tool is missing for me.

That is in the newer versions  of Designer.     I do not have that  check box either but the latest documentation does  display that  select/deselect  all checkbox.
