Excel file consolidation with different schema

Hello,

I tried with multiple suggestion posted over page but at last i stuck with error message - Can't find the file, make sure path is correct.

I have created 2 different macros. with directory & Mapping macro (attached snap)

& i tried to join both of them but its showing  error message - Can't find the file, Make sure path is correct.

With only snapshots, we can not see much detail but  we do have one macro posted here and it works for me.
