Download Tool

I am attempting to access the information from the below website.  I have attempted to use the download tool, but cannot configure it correctly.

When I open it on my browser an excel spreadsheet appears with multiple tabs.  I would like to access the information on the insurance tab.  Any assistance is greatly appreciated!!!

The first thing I noticed is the download tool returned a 301 error listing a new URL:

Using the download tool, I had it write the results to a temporary file. I then read this file back in and seem to be seeing the data on the Issuance tab. This workflow should give you a good starting point:
