Issues setting up connections with GA4

I am trying to setup Google Analytics with Alteryx, but I need a client id and client secret. Where do I get these bits from? I tried this article bit, but I’m not being able to crack it. Can anyone please help?

You can set it up using the login by browser mode. 

If you want to use client and secret you need to setup an API service in GCP that will then allow you to setup oAuth credentials to get your client and secret.
