Alteryx probably can't do what you're looking to do fully.

Alteryx can write into a PPT, you be able to replace content, update graphs, tables and more. I created Alteryx WF that updating a PPT report based on input data from excel.

It is not complex, nevertheless it is not about uploading a workflow, but understanding the concept of dealing with xml files.
