What do I do when I do not receive the certificate in the e-mail?

Congratulations on passing the Alteryx exam!

Based on the post, I assume you have accounted the non-working days also.

Usually you will receive the certificate and badge in 2 working days.

If not received, please sent an email to certification@alteryx.com

They will resolve ASAP.

Just wait a bit. Check your email/spam/thrash. Make sure you are checking the correct email.

If not, do as @ShankerV suggests. Just give it a while, Credly takes some time too.
