Certificate not received (Alteryx designer core)

I achieved the required score for Alteryx Design Core certification about 3 hours ago.And I still did not receive my badge in the community and not even a pdf in the email with the certificate as it was said would occur at the end of the test.

Is there a time frame that I must wait for or is it really a problem?

I have cleared the core exam yesterday but still didn't receive any certificate or badge.

Hi, I cleared core Certification exam on Aug 18 but even after 1 Week I haven't received my badge and certification from Credly. I mailed to certification@alteryx too but not getting any response after several followup also. Can someone help on this??

Note: I checked my junk box too in the mail.

I know this thread is an older one, but I have just recently passed my Alteryx Designer Core test Jun 19, 2023, over two days ago and I still have not received my badge. Has anyone recently had the same issue?

Hi @andersonneedham. Just saw your post, but I can also see that you have your badge now. Sometimes it can take a little over 48 hours. 😉
