Capturing unnecessary items

Hi -

My formula is capturing an item that i don't need in the output. I tried using the if contains formula to capture only the ones highlighted in brown but 'unqualified' is also being captured. How'd i go about creating a formula to ONLY capture 'qualified' 'SAL' and 'SQL'
