Cannot access license portal using different wifi

I registered into alteryx portal using my student email at school but since their was not wifi access here i used my mobile hotspot and sign up for an account but then later on when i try to access this portal using our home wifi it just keeps on loading unable to take me to this portal not until i use my mobile hotspot , this is not that okay since i have to top up data bundles if i wish to access this portal, why cant i just use our home wifi, what could be the issue?
