Alteryx Designer Core Credly Badge not received

I have passed my Alteryx Designer Core Certification but still haven't received my digital badge from Credly.

It's been more than 72Hours and I have also mailed to certification@alteryx.com but I didn't receive any reply.

Please help.

I can see the Certification on your profile already.

Yes, but I haven't received the digital badge from credly yet. In the initial mail it was mentioned that it should come within 48Hours.

It's been more than 4 Days but I haven't the credly digital badge. Also, there is no response from certification@alteryx.com.

Any suggestions?

Did you get any update on this ? Even I am in the same boat as you. I didn't received digital badge from credly.

Same here... it's been more than 72 hrs and I didn't receive my certificate from credly. Also there is something strange , I can see all my 4 micro credential badges in alteryx.com . However if I check https://my.alteryx.com/dashboard -> preferences > Certificates > I can only see 3 of the micro credential certificates. Somehow the last one is missing and maybe that's the problem. Not sure who can help...
