Day 13 taught me the lesson that I shouldn't give up just because Day 12 part 2 kicked my butt :)

My biggest issue was that copying/pasting from the AoC site lost the null rows between patterns!

Edit: I only used 30 tools for both parts combined, and ran in 0.5s, and that includes the beginning parsing bits. From browsing everyone else's solutions, this looks like another one where if you get the "trick" it's simple but if you don't...

Much like in Ender's Game - there's no up or down in space - there is no such thing as rows or columns so as long as you can keep track of what you're looking at, you can treat them the same.
