Adding Table to Process for Invoice Output

I have the attached process which is working very well but I need to add a bottom portion to it that looks like this:

Sub Total:	$0.00
Discount:	$0.00
Sales Tax:	$0.00
Balance Due: USD	$0.00
Currency USD

underneath the Data table.  How do I add a line like this to the process?
