Access arrangements for predictive master

HI all  (@AlteryxCertification tagging you guys as this might be something you can help with) 

 

I need some access arrangements for my predictive master exam, I emailed certification@alteryx.com <certification@alteryx.com> on Monday (13 May) and then got an email asking for community name email address etc; I've responded twice and got an email from postmaster@alteryx.com saying that it has failed to be sent, can you please help?
