ALteryx Designer Core Certification downloading problem

I just have passed my alteryx designer core certification exam. When I try to download my certification through link given in the email, it throws me an error  stating: "This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below." Could someone please help me with this?
