For those of us who like SDKs so much, we make our own: when will a C API be available for the AMP engine? A lot of the standard tools have been converted to AMP and it would be nice to create custom tools that can also leverage the AMP engine. Even the new Python SDK, though it has an AMP provider, seems to only support the E1 API.
