Hi, Dallas / Fort Worth Alteryx User Group Members!  You are invited to our next user group meeting in the Dallas area on Friday, October 4th!

This meeting is generously hosted by 7-Eleven at their headquarters in Irving!  To learn more about 7-Eleven, please visit their corporate website at https://corp.7-eleven.com/corp/home ; their consumer website is available at https://www.7-eleven.com/ .

The meeting will be from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. (doors open at 1:30 p.m. for networking), at the following address:

7-Eleven, Inc. Headquarters

3200 Hackberry Road

Irving, TX 75063

Please come to meeting room 1B-16/27L which is on the 1st floor, and to the left of the reception desk.  In addition, all guests will need to sign in at the front desk upon arrival, and Security will escort you to the conference room location.

7-Eleven has also provided the attached driving directions, as well as a parking map; please park in Visitor/Overflow Parking, which is on the North side of the building.

For this meeting, our first presentation will feature user group member Raghav Nargotra of 7-Eleven, who will present an informative use case called “Think Automation Think Alteryx”!  Raghav will provide insight into how his team is automating different aspects of processes at 7-Eleven, using Alteryx; a Q&A session will follow.

Our second presentation will explore Analytic Apps and show how to create Apps that feature the Drop Down tool along with many other Interface Tools.  This will be a live demo in Alteryx, so join us to see how Apps are made and shared!

A fun and interactive networking activity will happen for the latter part of the meeting; we are excited to introduce “Speed Networking” for our members!  Similar to other “Speed type” events, we will have members talk with other members for 5 minutes, then switch to another member for the next 5 minutes and so on.  Bring your business cards, your 5-minute promotional speeches, and – if you are looking for a job – bring your resume too!  If your company is looking to employ Alteryx users, this could be a beneficial event for you as well!

Please RSVP using the following Eventbrite invitation; seating is limited, and our meetings sell out fast!

Please feel free to invite others who may be interested in Alteryx; join us to meet new friends, catch up with fellow Alteryxians, and learn new ways of performing analytics!

Thank you greatly to 7-Eleven for sponsoring, and we look forward to seeing you at the meeting and speed networking!
