I got stuck on my second summarize because I was grouping by the wrong thing. So silly. Thank goodness for @JoachimCaronTIL 's annotations in his screenshot or I might have lost my mind. Yay for documentation!
I did also take it one step further to which clients in total gave us the best score, in other words, I Summed up all the ratings each client gave to see who gave the highest total points
