Predictive Analytics World

I returned from last week’s Predictive Analytics World in San Francisco, and I have to say it was a pretty exciting and successful conference for Alteryx. We had a lot of good conversations and nice traffic at our booth. It was great not only to educate people on the value of Alteryx, but also talk to folks who have been following us or have heard great things about what Alteryx is doing and listen to what their needs are in their daily jobs. Our lunch and learn with Alteryx’s own Jimmy Garrett and Dr. Dan Putler discussed and demonstrated how Alteryx is being used by analysts to perform data blending and advanced analytics to uncover purchasing patterns, determine store groupings, and improve sales forecasting. All of which results in improving customer understanding and increasing sales.

It is events like these that confirm that we at Alteryx are doing things in the market that are generating interest and excitement, but even more so, doing things that are helping our customers drive more business value within their organization. I think this was truly evident when Brian Eisenberg who was actually speaking at the sister conference, eMetrics Summit , actually mentioned Alteryx during his keynote. You know you are delivering the right things in the market when you get other people within the space talking about you.
