This morning we announced a brand new partnership with Qlik that will enable us to expose data blending and advanced analytics in an easy-to-use, drag and drop interface, to a broader audience. The core of this partnership will be the ability for any analyst to use Alteryx to create advanced analytics, including predictive and spatial analytics, and then to be able to flow the results into Qlik for discovery. To do this, Alteryx will output the QlikView Exchange .QVX file format, so the analytic results can be launched directly in QlikView.
As we discussed in the press release today, this integration will accelerate the delivery of advanced analytics to business users in a self-service, searchable BI and discovery environment. It puts the power of advanced predictive and spatial analytics in the hands of business users – and makes those analytics easier to explore. The integration addresses the common customer requirements for lines of business to perform their own analytics and reduce the burden on IT.
